Organizational Setting

• This post reports to the President of FFH
• Supervises the work of 4-8 team leaders
• It is a full time post

Purpose of the post

• Represents The President of FFH at external activities
• Is responsible for running the  day-to-day FFH office activities
• Guides the implementation of FFH Coaching Activities

Duties of the Post

• Supports the President of FFH in development of FFH plan of action
• Monitors Team leaders
• Recruits Members from Health facilities
• Administers entry and exit questionnaires to members
• Activates and implements the FFH plan of action Monitors FFH patients/members progress.
• Coordinates with health facility to necessary records
• Analyze and evaluates patients/members progress
• Prepare 6 monthly program and financial reports for grantors
• Participates in FFH book-keeping

Qualifications For The Post

• BS Psychology or higher from a certified College
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 2 years postgraduate
• Interested in hospital work
• Must be able to demonstrate cooking to others
• Should be able to work independently and be a team player

Working Conditions

• Very little travel; a lot of walking with teams
• Remuneration package has been aligned with what obtains in the public sector

Team Leader

This post reports to the health coach and supervises 20-25 FFH members. It is a part-time post

Duties of a Team Leader

• Activate the FFH plan of action on his team members, eg, walk with and attend seminars with members of his team.
• Demonstrate cooking to members of his team
• Monitor and supervise members
• Provide feedback to members
• Provide quarterly reports on activities to health coach

Qualifications For The Post

• Good health
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A leader knows what it takes to live healthy
• Be willing to show others

Working Conditions

• Very little travel. A lot of walking
• A base pay is made available to successful candidate plus a quota commission
